The ones who say they will pray for you?

The ones who ask What Would Jesus Do?

Where are all my pro-lifers now?

The ones who say abortion is wrong?

Or do you think  “alien” children do not belong?

Where are all my anti-abortionists?

The ones who say pro-choice is murder?

Or, is it that at any cost we should protect the border?

Silent

Where are all my Second Amendment supporters?

The ones who say owning guns is a right?

Or, is it best to turn an eye away from murder in plain sight?

Silent

Silently you pray

But what about the verse that says:

Faith without works is dead

Where are your works?

Oh, that’s right -

You don’t want to be involved with politics

But you’re fine,

Or so you think.  Your silence

Hangs just like a crucifix
